At Champery Couture, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a major failure occurs with a service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us. In the case of a major failure with goods, you have the right to choose a replacement or a full refund.
For issues that do not amount to a major failure, we will work to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe. If we are unable to do so, you may be entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel any related service contract, including a refund for any unused portion.
You may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from the failure of a product or service.
Outside the rights expressly provided under Australian Consumer Law, all sales at Champery Couture are considered final. Refunds or exchanges are granted solely at our discretion and are not typically offered in cases such as:
Change of mind
Finding a similar product or service at a lower price elsewhere
Buyer’s remorse or no longer needing the item
Damage caused by the customer
Other issues not covered by Australian Consumer Law
Upon receiving your gown or bridal service, you acknowledge and agree that the product or service is in good condition, free from defects, and aligns with your confirmed order. By doing so, you also agree to release Champery Couture from any future claims regarding damage or defects.
This policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law. In the event that any part of this policy is found to conflict with your legal rights, it will be modified as necessary to ensure compliance, while still limiting Champery Couture’s liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
